Just Bach was founded in 2018 as an LLC to present the music of J. S. Bach. For the first several years, Just Bach relied upon Bach Around The Clock, a 501(c)(3) organization, to process tax-exempt contributions. Just Bach will always be extremely grateful to Bach Around The Clock for their support. In early 2023, Just Bach Concerts, Inc., was formed as its own standalone 501(c)(3) organization, so that tax-exempt contributions could be made directly to it. It maintains the legacy of the original group and continues the free monthly concerts at Luther Memorial Church.
